Club Background
Triton Hockey Club is a large club in the South East of Cheshire with 4 men’s teams, 3 ladies teams and a thriving junior section with several teams across the age groups.
– The Ladies 1st team finished this season as Cheshire Women’s League division one champions and gained promotion to North League Division 2 South East.
– The Men’s 1st team are playing in North West division 2 finishing a comfortable 3rd place, and have also reached the final of the Cheshire Plate this season.
– The site of the old Manchester Metropolitan University is being redeveloped and will provide a brand new hockey astro pitch.

Coaching Skills and Abilities
Coaching experience using current EH coaching strategies
Level 2 or equivalent minimum, ideally progressing toward a level 3 qualification.
Effective and enthusiastic Motivator – maintain and improve attendance at training by providing engaging, exciting and creative coaching sessions.
Can differentiate coaching to meet the needs of a wide range of abilities.
Able to incorporate an element of fitness into the training sessions.
A coach who wants to continue their playing career at Triton Hockey Club would be an advantage.

Requirement
Triton Hockey Club are looking to recruit a coach/ coaching team to plan and deliver coaching for a general (mixed) training session. General training is open to all club members.
Provide advice and guidance to all captains on player progression and talent identification.
Incorporate goalkeeper training
