This is a great opportunity to join the small production team at a leading London based publisher of B2B magazines and professional products. Previous publishing production experience and familiarity with the print production process is essential.
Key duties:
Work closely and collaboratively with the sales teams and liaise with editorial teams
Manage copy and artwork for publications, digital editions, and websites
Co-ordinate magazine flatplans and maintain the production schedule
Manage all invoicing processes for the team
Compile weekly production update report/design job list for all titles
Set advertising pages for the magazines by creating print-ready PDFs
Experience / skills required:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (with both internal and external stakeholders)
Experience of flatplanning, scheduling and ad booking
Fluency in using InDesign
Understanding of image formats, colour types, and file types
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work within a close knit team
Highly organised, with the ability to multitask
Digital publishing experience (desirable)
