Job Description
Darlington Mowden Park have an opening for a Rugby Academy Coach. The exciting post will be a key part of the clubs growing team of staff. Revival of what is now the largest rugby specific venue aside from Twickenham Stadium, alongside the Club’s broad strategic plans that have recently seen coup involvements such as New Zealand All Blacks and Rugby World Cup, represent an opportunity for the correct candidate to gain unprecedented exposure and become part of a quite pioneering sports organisation.

The successful candidate will be joining a core team of coaches within the club and must be able to work well within this group, providing information on players and liaising across departments.

Applicants must be able to show that they have a real passion for coaching and the development of young athletes. Candidates must be well organised and able to build relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a Level 2 experienced technical coach with a sophisticated understanding of elite player development and evaluation.
