Job Description
Do you want to be part of the fastest growing child development programme in the UK for 2 to 7 year olds? Rugbytots is the first of its kind. A specifically designed play programme using the multiple skills used in Rugby to create a fun environment for children to develop basic core motor skills.

We are currently looking for bright, enthusiastic, highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our ever growing network of coaches to work part-time hours. Experience of working with young children and a passion for rugby are desirable. An extremely outgoing personality who can keep children entertained is essential. Training will be provided including first aid. As a Lead Coach it would be a distinct advantage to hold an RFU Level 1 coaching certificate although this isn’t essential if all other criteria is met.

Essential attributes:
– An extremely outgoing personality who can keep children entertained
– Lively, enthusiastic and patient
– Excellent organisational, communication and listening skills
– Flexibility
– Ability to work in the UK
– Must be available to work on Saturday or Sunday mornings

Desirable attributes:
– Experience of working with young children
– A passion for rugby
– Own transport
– RFU Level 1 coaching certificate
– Paediatric First Aid certificate
