SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR //
Formula 1 are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead on talent initiatives and create an effective learning framework to support the business and individual development needs.
This role is based in our Media and Technology Centre in Biggin Hill as part of the wider HR Department with travel to our London office as and when required.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING //
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll lead on talent initiatives and implement new ideas to ensure an effective talent development framework for all employees.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll lead on the succession planning process, ensuring the Company is set up for success in the future and relevant and effective tools and resources are provided to employees.
Overseeing HR projects that are related to the talent strategy, you’ll measure clear return on investment and developing programmes and training initiatives that will enhance our capacity and retain high performing teams.
You’ll establish credibility working closely with your designated business areas and develop a thorough understanding of their goals and objectives, providing guidance and support on learning initiates and development policies and practice.
As a Senior HR Business Partner you’ll work alongside the HRBP’s on policies that enable effective performance management and support across the employee lifecycle.
In addition to the core HR responsibilities, your remit will cover: Talent Management, Learning and Development
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED//
You will have experience in Talent management, succession planning, performance management & competency frameworks and will be CIPD qualified (Level 7) or equivalent degree.
Ideally you will be experienced in providing a complete HR service to a dedicated part of the business and will have knowledge of creating and developing HR Strategies.
You will be experienced in:
• Creating leadership development frameworks
• Managing successful projects
• Working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
You will have:
• Up-to-date employment law knowledge
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Good organisational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• An agile approach to work
• A high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent team working abilities build strong relationships
