Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Physiotherapist to join the multidisciplinary Performance Team at Worcester Warriors Rugby Club. The position will be based in the state of the art training facility at Sixways Stadium, Worcester and will commence in early January 2017.

Reporting to the Head Physiotherapist and High Performance Director, we are seeking a highly motivated candidate with experience of working in elite sport (minimum five years) to work with our senior squad and to provide match day cover. Working as part of the Performance Team will require close relationships with Rugby Coaches, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Sport Scientists and Nutritionists, and therefore, excellent communication and team work is essential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical reasoning skills and be driven towards personal and professional development. Due to the seniority of the position, the mentoring of more junior staff members is an important part of this role.

The appointment is initially on a temporary basis with the potential to extend into a permanent role.
