Your future duties and responsibilities:
This role demands the candidate to have strong planning, communication and presentation skills, the capability to identify solutions and be proficient in technology transformation projects and the production of project proposals in order to take the lead on large programmes of work.
You will define, validate and promote quality solutions for an opportunity, bid, or project, both internally and externally. This may be a standalone solution or part of a larger engagement.
You will build logical models of components and interfaces that contribute to the development of systems architectures in specific business or functional areas. Their models reflect the different stakeholder views and map specific areas of concern and customer benefit.
As part of your role, you will also;
• Provide architectural oversight and input to business proposals
• Support the design and implementation of a specific area of technology, technique, method, product or application are using expert knowledge in a particular technology stack, by being able to compare and contrast it with alternative solutions
• Align the selection and application of the technology with the business and customer goals
• Drive adherence to appropriate technical standards
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical and non-technical issues and risk
• Own collated effort estimates and costs from teams, subcontractors and suppliers for one or more subsystems
• Support the preparation of technical plans, change governance and estimation using information from many sources
