British Dressage is the national governing body of the sport of dressage in the UK. There has never been a more exciting time to join the team at British Dressage. The sport is enjoying a public profile like never before, with our 17,000 members taking part in over 2,500 days of affiliated dressage competition every year. British Dressage has big plans for the future and is looking to recruit for this important role within the membership and sports operations team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, diligent and proactive person with excellent administrative and customer service skills to join us, working to develop our service to members. This will be a full time role based at our head office in Meriden, West Midlands.
This role requires someone to deliver central administration and support to the Sport and Membership teams. Delivering high standards of customer service to our members at all times is vital so you must be able to demonstrate your experience in a busy administration role and be able to multi-task effectively, whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and focus. You will be highly organised, personable, approachable and calm under pressure.
You will be a reliable team player with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. An active interest in equestrianism, with knowledge of dressage, would be an advantage.
Working hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive. Some weekend and/or evening work may be required from time to time.
