Park to Pro is a unique company that specialises in a variety of services, within the football industry. Whether it’s a parent/coach at ‘grassroots’ or a professional player in full time training, Park to Pro will be able to help them on their journey, to achieve their goals.
We are currently recruiting for the position of, ‘Community coach’. This position is for our community based services in Berkshire.
This position will require you to work weekday afternoons (Monday to Friday), alongside 2 football based sessions on a Monday and Friday evening.
To apply for this position you will require;
A minimum Level 2 qualification, working towards the UEFA B License (desirable)
Previous experience in youth development

Excellent communication skills
Excellent reliability
An understanding of sport from a theoretical perceptive
A willingness to learn and improve
An up to date DBS
A clean driving license, or ability to get to and from the venue(s)
There will be additional coach education delivered on a monthly basis, that will be included with this role.
