UDOIT Dance Foundation are a charity who aim to inspire, engage and empower people through street dance. We
want street dance to be accessible to all and give every person the chance to experience street dance opportunities.
We work across the country in England & Wales, primarily in areas of deprivation where young people don’t have as many opportunities to experience what street
dance can offer. Our commercial partner UDO (United Dance Organisation) hosts street dance competitions across
the globe with links to the best dancers in the industry, having this link with UDO is great for our organisation to quality assure our work and use their 15 years of experience working with street dance schools. UDOIT Dance Foundation also provides dance leader training, volunteering opportunities, the Particip8 series featuring National Schools Dance championships and bespoke programmes using Street Dance to help with gang & knife crime/ mental health/ physical activity
for the elderly.
The organisation is continuing to grow and good deliverers are the key to the expansion of our work.
As a UDOIT deliverer you will be expected to be more than a coach, you will be expected to deliver high quality street dance sessions that are tailored to the needs of the participants, the sessions you deliver will be part of a programme of ours in which you will receive training for. You must be approachable and passionate about enriching the lives of others through positive street dance opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire, Engage & Empower the participants involved through positive street dance opportunities
Deliver street dance sessions as part of our range of programmes, (the programme you will be working on will be specified for each session.)
Report statistics back to your managing officer (how many per session, progress of the programme etc)

Experience in street dance delivery
Must have a full driver’s license and use of a personal car
Due to the nature of the organisation, some work may be on evenings and weekends.
Enhanced DBS is desirable otherwise can be arranged if successful
