Ben Kelly Design is one of the UK’s most respected interior design practices. We are currently looking for a talented studio assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, have a strong work ethic. Tasks include administration, general office support, personal assistant duties to the directors, assistance on sales and marketing. You could either have had experience in a similar administrative support role or be a very bright creative person with a good attitude willing to learn and undertake general tasks.
Main duties include:
PA support to the directors
office management – filing, archiving, stationery and supply order, liaising with IT support
flagging new tender opportunities and assisting in tender preparation
maintaining website and Twitter
book keeping – invoicing, supplier payments, VAT returns
Skills required:
Microsoft Office and Excel is essential
InDesign and Photoshop is desirable
good levels of numeracy
excellent organisation
excellent communication skills
Three days p/w.
Salary dependent on experience
Our offices are based in London Bridge.
