We are looking for a studio assistant to work one day per week within our studio Industrial Facility www.industrialfacility.co.uk and Retail Facility www.retailfacility.co.uk , our online sales portal for items designed by Industrial Facility.

Main responsibilities within this position include:

preparing and sending out newsletters and preparing special event info
creating and compiling press documents and replying to requests
social media posts
creating spreadsheets for different purposes within projects
image retouching
website updates
web shop management
stock control
customer communication
shipping of orders

You should be an organised, interested and committed individual, with a background in design and an interest in communication.

The job requires an excellent knowledge and use of the English language. We are looking for someone with a pro-active attitude, who brings thoughts, suggestions and solutions into the projects and tasks in their varied forms.
