We are currently looking for a pro-active Team PA to join our team in the heart of Clerkenwell. We pride ourselves on a dynamic, stimulating and enjoyable work environment that delivers real value to our clients.
The Team PA serves a vital role in the day to day responsibilities of the team, working closely with the directors and members of staff to ensure efficiency across the practice.
As well as acting as first point of contact and on behalf the team you will also be required to:
field and respond to queries as well as dealing with day to day requests
ensure the smooth and efficient running of the director’s diary
dealing with expenses and team purchases, including courses and training
producing fee proposals and presentations in InDesign
updating team CVs, project sheets and pages on the website
undertaking project research at the London Metropolitan Archives and researching bomb maps, aerial photos, historical maps, borehole records, asset locations searches etc
processing expenses and being proficient at electronic and paper project filing
helping the office manager to organise HTS events, including the yearly office study trip and summer outings
The ideal candidate will be experienced (two – three years) in managing resource and team members in a creative environment.
We’re looking for someone who is detail orientated and who has strong organisational skills. A confident attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must and the ability to solve problems calmly and efficiently is essential. The candidate must possess an understanding of the Microsoft and Adobe suite, and having a basic InDesign skills would be beneficial.
