Job Description
To support to the Women’s Ticketing and Group Bookings Manager with the West Ham United’s Women’s team ticketing requirements. This includes processing season and match tickets together with handling supporter’s enquiries by phone and email. In addition, you will support the Women’s Ticketing Manager on match days at the Chigwell Construction Stadium in Dagenham, where the West Ham Women play home games. Using excellent communication skills, you will provide a high level of customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To consistently deliver a customer service to an exceptional standard
• Sell tickets over the phone
• To maintain and promote the image of West Ham Football Club
• Work with the ticket office team to ensure quality across the department is of a high standard
• Deal with enquires by phone and email in a timely manner
• Collect the personal information (e.g. phone number and address) to high level of accuracy
• Be aware of all ticketing information and any changes to information, to be ready to inform customers when necessary
• Proactively sell season ticket packages and other ticket products
• When necessary, deal with complaints, refunds and similar tasks in a professional manner
• Be forward thinking and suggest innovative and original ideas that can help make the ticket office more successful, effective and efficient
• Be self-evaluative to ensure you can continuously improve on your own performance

• 5 GCSES A-C Grade (D)
• Excellent I.T. skills (D)
Specific Experience:
• Ticket office or contact centre experience (D)
