All trainees will have the opportunity to experience other schools. This programme is highly tailored to the needs of each individual with opportunities to shape experiences and to develop strengths and specialisms. We are recruiting students with the aim of meeting the future needs of teaching positions across North Devon, therefore career prospects and future employment opportunities are greatly enhanced.
