Allied Commercial is seeking to hire an in-house architect (RIBA qualified) to work on various private residential developments, conduct viability studies on commercial projects and develop international modular building projects. The candidate will have a strong design interest.

enthusiastic to learn and progress in a young working environment
proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup is essential
commercial and residential experience
modular building experience
previous work with ISO containers seen as a benefit
strong presentational skills important
experience in planning applications
experience in building regulations and construction packages; along with relevant site experience
ability to work individually and as part of a team
