Cousins & Cousins is a 15 person, busy north London practice who require an outstanding architect to join our team.

The position is for a client facing architect with a minimum of three years post Part-III experience within the UK. Applicants should have excellent technical, communication and organisational skills, and have a proven track record of involvement in refurbishment and new-build residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent job running skills, creative flair and demonstrate an understanding of all stages of the design process. Applicants must be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to project manage and programme jobs from inception to completion.

Experience of detailed design, contract administration, specification writing, UK building regulations and planning is essential. Salary is commensurate with experience.

CAD: a high level of competence in MicroStation and SketchUp is advantageous.
