Heritage Architecture is a busy architectural practice looking to recruit a talented architectural designer to join our creative team based near Woking. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing practice specialising in a variety of predominantly private residential projects in Surrey and the West London area. Heritage is known for its quality housing design projects in urban and rural environments in both traditional and contemporary styles.

The right candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience working within the UK residential sector and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of building regulations and the planning process.

It is essential that you have strong AutoCAD 2D drawing skills and experience of Revit would be an advantage (a short AutoCAD demonstration will be required at interview stage)

Initiative and design flair as well as fluency in written and spoken English is essential with excellent communication skills and to be able to work as a team player as well as manage your own time effectively. Car driver essential.
