Studio Seilern Architects are seeking talented and experienced architectural technicians to join their team working. We are looking for someone with at least three years’ UK experience with relevant office, residential and cultural sector knowledge and UK building regulations.

Requirements:

at least three – five years’ UK experience
relevant knowledge of the office, cultural, residential sector
confident drawing package experience
good technical knowledge of shell, core and building fabric components
attention to detail in every aspect of your work
good technical and construction drawing experience
have a good understanding of technical issues and familiarity with relevant codes and UK building regulations
a high degree of proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of Rhino
eloquence in both written and spoken English
time management experience and the ability to prioritise

About you:

You will have good experience, preferably within the UK. You will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail and have a pro-active and positive disposition. You will be good at relationship building with the ability to liaise at all levels. You will need to be a practical and strategic thinker who is self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously.

The position is full time and we will provide a competitive salary based on your skills.
