The ideal candidate will have minimum of five years using Revit software. You will possess excellent detailing skills. Our work involves bespoke detailing so you will have the ability and interest in working with suppliers to develop unique details within Revit.
Setting up sheets, templates and views will be everyday work for you and you will have advanced skills building parametric families and adaptive components. Experience setting up a project from scratch is essential as is experience in coordinating and collaborating many models with multiple external consultants. The ability to use Dynamo and Navisworks is an advantage.
Although BIM project experience is required, this role would not suit a BIM manager as this is a hands-on role which will be focussed on Revit only. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and British Standards would be a bonus. A thorough understanding of a BIM execution plan and BIM Protocol is essential.
You will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and be able to assist and train other team members with limited Revit capability. Excellent communication skills are essential.
