Hours: Around 3 days per week, with hours to suit the needs of the Bureaux.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a successful team of paid staff and volunteers who deliver high quality advice in two bureaux and a number of outreach locations throughout the Borough. Given likely future economic constraints, we require a Chief Officer who can lead and implement a programme of change. The Chief Officer will provide overall management, development and planning, but the focus of the role will be at the strategic level.

You will have:

The proven ability to lead a substantial organisation
Experience in financial management and budgetary control
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Experience in fundraising and marketing
