Job title: Commercial Editor

Job purpose

We’re seeking Commercial Editor to join the growing Creative Solutions department of N&S Plus.

As a Commercial Editor you’ll take full ownership of all editorial elements of commercial projects across digital, print and competitions. This role is the lynchpin between the commercial and editorial teams. You will take ownership of all finalised activity that comes from all commercial departments, ensuring it follows the same process and standards to be published across our platforms. You will also be expected to attend pitches and briefings with the creative solutions team, so previous client-facing experience would be advantageous.

You’ll work closely with the Project Management, Sales and Editorial teams to ensure all campaigns fit house style, are subbed and uploaded correctly for print and online publication. You’ll also be responsible for managing the ‘black book’ of all freelance writers used to produce the content.

You’ll have previous writing and subbing experience, ideally within both print and digital environments, while also being commercially minded.
