We now have an exciting opening for an experienced business developer/commercial manager to cover Europe, Asia and America.
As a commercial manager you will win, manage and grow a key account portfolio, focusing on B&M shops and interior designer studios. As part of a small team, you will maximise sales and profit growth through efficiently developing new business that you acquire through lead generation, excellent account management, relationship building and attending trade shows/exhibitions. You will maintain accurate records, provide timely, accurate and competitive pricing and lead, coach and support colleagues in sales development.
Applications are invited from those candidates educated to degree level, who possess three years’ sales experience gained selling into the creative industries. You will have strong commercial awareness, understand buying criteria, P&L and business processes, and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise at every level, both internally and externally. You will have solid negotiation skills, be self-managing and driven, be highly personable and ideally have a second language.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa £40,000 to £50,000 plus an additional and generous benefits package including share options.
