About us:
Fitness to Practise (FtP) directorate information and business processes are supported by the Case Management System (CMS) which is the main system that records, maintains and process information in relation to the FtP referrals investigation process from the initial complaint up until the end of the investigation process and hearing stages.
A new opportunity has arisen in our Corporate Services directorate for someone to provide support for the administration process of the main database system (CMS –Case Management System) used by FtP staff in order to ensure the effective use of the system within the charity as well as to promote the accurate input and improvement of management information.
You will play a key role in working with our internal stakeholders to ensure an effective use of the system including the generation and maintenance of standard reports as well as meeting all of our duties in relation to sharing information and protecting data.
To succeed in this role you will be graduate calibre with broad: self-learning skills, data analysis skills and experience dealing and manipulating data using various system applications. Advanced levels of data manipulation are required in Excel or Access and being familiar with SQL or relational databases would be an advantage. In addition, you will be highly motivated, keen to use your initiative and have drive to learn new skills and knowledge and apply them quickly.
