Responsibilities
Developing strategic marketing plans and training tools to achieve sales targets and other related goals
Managing and Mentoring your marketing team within the region
Analyse/Research the market and competitors
Working together with:
– stakeholders for cross-functional communication
– business units to improve reimbursement and funding

Profile
7 years’ experience in a Medical Devices and Pharma or MedTech marketing management position
Market access knowledge
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Experience working with Oncologists or Radiologists or Radiooncologists preferred
Being very familiar with customers, market dynamics and requirements
KOL management experience
Willing to travel
