FF / E Coordinator – SAGRADA Associates Ltd – London

SAGRADA is an interior design practice based in Central London. We are currently seeking a full time FF&E coordinator to join our busy and expanding team. The successful candidate will be working on a wide variety of global projects ranging from hotels, restaurants, clubs and bars and very occasionally, high end residential projects.

The role will involve the following tasks:

preparation of FF&E schedules and specifications
preparation and correlation of quotations
manage the processing and ordering of project specifications
placing purchase orders and managing procurement
assist with the management of project budgets
organising and monitoring deliveries
preparation of invoices
coordinating and managing production of furniture
preparation of sample and mood boards
ensuring the sample library is maintained in order and up to date
liaising with clients and sub-contractors throughout the entire design process

Skills and experience:

a minimum of two years’ relevant experience in FF&E
strong communication and organisational skills
work within a team or independently, with initiative and resourcefulness
knowledge of wide variety of suppliers
confidence in all dealings with suppliers
material and product knowledge –current and established
ability to work within budgets and to apportion expenditure
ability to make valued contribution to a wide range of projects and styles ranging from contemporary, traditional, classic, themed, etc
ability to work in a focused manner under pressure

Applicants should be confident working on Apple Macs, with a proficiency in Word and Excel programs. As the workload can be varied, the ability to prioritise and multi-task is essential and to work under pressure. Good spoken and written English is essential.
