Job Description
AFC Bournemouth is a forward thinking and ambitious club who are looking to recruit a full time first team training analyst for the upcoming 2015-16 season. The quality of training is obviously crucial to performances of any team and AFC Bournemouth would like to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to aid preparation and analysis of training sessions. The successful candidate will work closely with the coaching staff and manager at the club. The position will be based at the Vitality Stadium, Dean Court, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH7 7AF.

Duties include:
– Drawing up session plans set out by the manager and coaches prior to training.
– Filming training.
– Databasing the footage
– Producing stat reports.
– Carrying out any post training analysis requested by the manager and coaches.

The successful candidate will be expected to have the following skills:
– Excellent communication skills.
– Good time keeping.
– Good at working in a team.
– Be able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
– Experience using Sportscode.
– Experience coaching would be beneficial but not essential.

Applicants must have at least one year experience working within a football professional club. The successful candidate will report to the senior performance analyst but will also work closely with the manager and coaching staff.
