The IT team are an essential part of CAP’s support services, enabling the critical work of CAP in the UK, and in other countries. Our role is to strategically develop technology solutions that respond to the changing needs of CAP and the opportunities in the wider IT environment. Once systems are in use we provide generous support and training of CAP’s head office staff and wider user community
Role:
The role of the Business Analyst is to provide the interface and liaison between the CAP teams that rely on our bespoke web systems and the development team who are developing and maintaining them. This involves working in a fast paced development team, discussing with the teams the business processes and requirements for systems that support our debt counselling work, our partnerships with churches and individuals and our other services, for example job clubs.

We really enjoy food (particularly cake), technology and helping people do their jobs. We are dedicated and hard working (when fed…)!
