The Services Sound and Vision Corporation provides the British Armed Forces with live multi channel radio and TV, from the Falklands to Afghanistan and around the world. We are recruiting enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT technology professionals to become part of our new Operations Control Centre. This is part of our Service team looking after first and second line maintenance for internal and external Users.
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience working in a customer service desk environment in IT or broadcast technology;
Possess a practical understanding of Servers, Workstations and business applications;
Have excellent communications skills and a confident rapport with users;
Be self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently and perform under pressure;
In addition, this job should appeal to you if you:
Have worked in, or are genuinely interested in an exciting new IT career in TV and Radio

Have other technical skills and interests beyond IT

A full, UK Driving Licence is required and the successful candidate will need to successfully undergo MoD security clearances.
