Investor Publishing is looking for an ambitious and talented journalist to join HealthInvestor, its market-leading healthcare business title.
The role:
HealthInvestor covers the latest M&A activity, government policies and investment trends in the healthcare sector.
Reporting to the editor, the journalist will be required to generate exclusive news stories and write in-depth features for the publication. They will be covering a range of topics such as the social care funding crisis, IPOs, debt finance, private hospitals and healthcare technology.
The job will involve speaking regularly to a wide number of sources to produce accurate, informed and engaging copy. The journalist will be expected to quickly exhibit strong analytical and news-breaking skills, and develop a deep understanding of the health and education industries.

Investor Publishing is looking to expand as an organisation internationally and there is scope for the role to develop as the company grows.
Skills & experience:
The successful individual will have excellent writing and reporting skills, and be comfortable engaging with senior industry figures. Familiarity with public markets, M&A activity and the wider investment community is an advantage, as is relevant experience covering public policy developments.
However, these attributes are not mandatory: more important are commitment, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn on the job.
