YOO is currently looking to recruit a strong junior interior designer/architect to join our London team. This position will provide opportunities to work on exciting high-end residential and hospitality projects worldwide. We are looking for a person who is proactive, with good technical skills, a great eye for excellent design and knowledge of trends.

Key aspects:

assisting designers in producing layout packages and concept presentations
production of detailed drawing packages
researching concepts/image sourcing and creating mood boards
assisting with creation and delivering of concepts and presentations
sourcing of material and FF&E samples
acquaint themselves with the working methodology of all of yoo’s creative directors

Desired skills and experience:

YOO looks to hire the very best in the industry and as such, we hope to meet young professionals who demonstrate drive and ambition, technically skilled combined with innovative design thinking.

two/three years professional experience in the interior industry
confident using industry standard software; Vectorworks preferably, Adobe CS and Sketch up
ability to produce good hand sketches and technical drawings, with great 2D and 3D skills
knowledge of construction and building technology
strong presentations skills and good eye for details
fluency in spoken and written in English
excellent organisational skills
