Squire and Partners is looking for a mid-level interior architect/designer.

Responsibilities include:

run and manage teams for specific projects under the supervision of senior interior designer
work on a series of projects at different stages from concept design to works on sit
work to agreed plan and process with partners, directors and architects for specific projects
concept design including presentation materials
InDesign/Powerpoint/paper/material palette -detailed design including drawings, specifications and schedules including tender – Microstation or Revit a plus
documentations and contract information
attend meetings and take minutes
FFE
site attendance, monitoring and quality control
day to day working relationship with CGI, Illustration, model workshop teams
day to day working relationship with architectural teams, external consultants
assisting with any work required with the interiors team and other architectural teams
promoting and representing the practice
supporting others where necessary
sharing experience and expertise
contributing to an enjoyable and stimulating working environment
implementing agreed practice procedures as set out in office manuals
