Office Manager – Ben Adams Architects Ltd – London

We are looking for a full time office manager (six months maternity leave cover) to ensure the smooth running of our 50 strong office in London. Microsoft Office, good organisation skills and initiative are a must. Previous experience in an architectural practice is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop would be welcome.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

managing receptionist and front of house
HR administration and recruitment
coordination of staff leave and training
organising office social events and travel
managing office facilities, supplies, utilities, contractors and landlord liaison
managing office insurance, subscriptions and policies
ensuring health and safety and fire risk compliance
organising office meetings and minute taking
occasional project support
assisting with expressions of interest and tenders, awards submissions

Salary will be based on experience.
