Neil Dusheiko Architects are looking for a talented and motivated project architect to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have job running experience at either Part-II or Part-III level on residential projects. You will need to demonstrate experience in all stages of a project from start to completion.

excellent spoken and written English and should be able to present your ideas about your work in a concise and clear manner
experience in preparing planning applications, tender, construction documentation and site experience, particularly in high-end residential projects in the UK
proficiency in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative suite especially InDesign and Photoshop, SketchUp and rendering software
experience in writing correspondence, minutes and basic specification data -experience in working to tight deadlines on UK residential projects, knowledge of applying UK building regulations and how the UK planning system operates
the ability to confidently hold meetings with clients and consultants and write reports and action the outcome of the meetings efficiently
You need to be an enthusiastic proactive person, with a keen sense of initiative and responsibility in carrying out your work quickly and to a high standard. You would need to be able to take the lead on projects when required and deal closely with our clients, contractors, consultants and other members of the team.
