The candidate should have a sound knowledge of UK building regulations and UK planning. They should also have proven job running experience from initial client contact to project completion.

Excellent design skills are a must. All candidates must be able to take on a high level of responsibility and be proficient with CAD software. Photoshop, Indesign, Microstation, Revit and Rhino skills would also be of benefit.

Outstanding presentation and communication skills are a must.
