Studio Seilern Architects is a London based international creative practice established in 2005 by Christina Seilern with the intent of producing exceptional architecture that lasts, working across geographies, building sizes and typologies. Our diverse portfolio of built work spans the UK, Europe and Africa. We are seeking talented Part-III architect to join our studio.
Part-III architect:
Studio Seilern Architects are seeking a talented architect with a minimum three years’ post RIBA Part-III experience to lead on the design and delivery of a new project and assist on a number of leisure, private residential and commercial projects throughout the office.
Requirements:
excellent time management and ability to prioritise
strong ability to work across all RIBA work stages
have an in-depth understanding of technical issues and familiarity with relevant codes and UK building regulations
experience of working within listed building and heritage environments
ability to demonstrate an understanding of on-site construction, a knowledge of procurement routes and ability to direct and work well within a team
a high degree of proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe suite, Rhino and Maxwell will be favourable
confidence in your visual communication skills, preferably with free hand sketches
eloquence in both written and spoken English, German beneficial
About you:
You will have at least three years’ post RIBA Part-III and UK experience. You will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail and have a pro-active and positive disposition. You will be good at relationship building with the ability to liaise at all levels. You will need to be a practical and strategic thinker who is self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously.
