We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, Partner Business Intelligence Analyst to work within our Partnerships Team, based at Villa Park.

The partner acquisition team are responsible for generating commercial value through the acquisition of Club partners. To achieve this goal, the team continuously develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the brand marketing and sports partnership marketplace. We implement robust research processes, and challenge ourselves to develop compelling, integrated partnership opportunities that deliver tangible results and benefits to brand partners across a range of industries.
Our purpose, through this understanding and intelligence, is to secure partnerships that deliver true, measurable and quantifiable value to our stakeholders. This is achieved by utilising the combined strengths of the Club across our commercial functions that embed data, analysis and insights at the core of the acquisition process and the partnership activations.
Your focus will be to support the Partner Acquisition (80%) and Partner Service (20%) departments in the preparation and maintenance of key data sets, providing quantitative intelligence to support partner acquisition and partner service delivery updates and renewal conversations. You will have experience compiling quantitative and qualitative research and experience of modelling, data management, information systems and related software. You will also understand how to effectively undertake competitive intelligence and market research activities.
