You must have at least five years’ relevant experience to apply within the design or a related high end industry.
Salary dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities:
managing daily operations, including production
liaising with the sales manager and financial controller to ensure efficient allocation of resource
liaising with design, sales Manager and financial controller to ensure optimal mix of products are in the collection
look at the pricing of products and analyse the potential profitability
ensuring that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and sales and financial control understand and adhere to contractual obligations; reflecting them accurately
reviewing, scrutinising, and developing operational process flows, working to strategically expand the company’s procedures, standards and policies.
offering direction and instruction to the team
oversee or approve commercial agreements and documentation – resolving contractual and commercial problems
work closely with the design team to realise new and often, ground breaking design
source new suppliers especially when new materials and new processes are involved
maintain the original vision of the design through to production without any compromises
drive the volume expansion of the business
