Project Administrator – Jestico + Whiles – London

Jestico + Whiles is a design-orientated architecture and interior design practice based in Euston. We are seeking an experienced project administrator to support one board director, two associate directors and a team of up to 30 architects and designers, with responsibility for the day to day running of that studio.

Key activities include:

producing expressions of interest, pre-qualification questionnaires, ITT’s and pitches in association with others
creating Indesign and PowerPoint presentations
creating programmes in MS Project
organising travel and visas (domestic and international)
copy typing of correspondence, minutes, reports, contract documents and the like
proofreading documents typed by others to ensure correct spelling, grammar and layout; fluency in English is essential
administering project extranets (including Buzzsaw, 4Projects, Newforma), uploading and downloading information
processing credit card statements and expense claims

This is an extremely busy and varied role. The successful candidate must be proactive and methodical with the ability to prioritise work, work to tight deadlines and learn new programmes as required. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
