Lab Architects are looking for a talented, highly organised and motivated project architect to be part of our creative design studio based in Chelsea, to work on a number of interesting mainly high spec. residential projects.

The successful architect will have a minimum three years experience post Part-II; or be Part-III qualified with portfolio evidence of strong design and technical drawing skills, a good understanding of construction and an extensive amount of on-site experience in the UK.

The ideal candidate would demonstrate the following attributes:

you will need excellent design sensibility
competent proven ability to take a project form concept design through technically proficient detailing and specification to delivery
use Microstation/AutoCAD and have Adobe Creative Suite experience, strong job running abilities, confident and client-facing experience
be able to demonstrate UK construction site experience preferably in the residential sector and be familiar with planning regulations, the planning application process, and building control
excellent written and spoken English
the ability to work intuitively and independently and to get along in a team.

This role is offered on a permanent basis, with a salary dependent on experience.
