TLA Studio is a busy, friendly and creative RIBA chartered multidisciplinary design practice with an exciting portfolio of private high-end residential projects located in London, the UK and abroad.

We are seeking a talented project architect with a minimum of one year’s RIBA Part-III experience, or a Part-II with on-site practical experience, to join our award winning south London practice on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant will have responsibility for projects at all RIBA work stages and will require:

a strong design and technical ability in AutoCAD
previous high-end residential and historic refurbishment experience
excellent communication skills both written and spoken
knowledge of procurement
project running and be familiar with UK building regulations.

In return they will receive a supportive growth plan within the company, including sponsorship for Part-III for the right Part-II.

The job will entail liaising with a wide range of high profile clients, consultants, planners and the construction team so confidence, professionalism, friendliness and team-working is key.
