The UK-based publisher, Legalease, is seeking new staff to research and write for The Legal 500 Series, the market-leading directory with a long and established track record for providing impartial analysis of the world’s leading commercial law firms.
Our expanding research team has vacancies for bright, hardworking and tenacious individuals that are comfortable working either autonomously or a part of a team. Applicants must have an excellent command of spoken and written English, be able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines. Knowledge of the legal sector is useful but equally valuable is good common sense and a willingness to learn. Foreign languages are a useful secondary skill, but not essential. CANDIDATES MUST BE UK-BASED AND ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK. Foreign languages are a bonus in the role but are not required. CANDIDATES WITH WEAK ENGLISH-LANGUAGE SKILLS NEED NOT APPLY (as this is a fundamental requirement of the role).

To gather, collate and analyse information regarding law firms’ recent work, including feedback from clients, and interviews with senior lawyers
To write concise, insightful and analytical content on the leading law firms in assigned practice areas

This is a full-time, office-based role in Fleet Street, London, soapplicants must be eligible to work in the UK. Salary starts from £23,000 per annum. Only successful applicants will be contacted and invited for an interview.
