We are looking for an experienced designer (minimum six years professional experience) or architect (Part-III qualified) to lead projects.
Candidates should be able to manage a team and develop and lead concepts through to construction. They will be expected to liaise directly with clients, consultants and contractors through all stages of a project and be responsible for some project administration, reporting and co-ordination.
We require someone:
who is engaged, proactive and conscientious
who has excellent attention to detail and a readiness to take initiative and ownership
with a high level of communication skills – oral, written and presentation
fully competent in Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable with Mac platform
3D modeling software skills (e.g. Rhino) and hand sketching ability is welcomed
