The 50 Best Restaurants brand is looking for a Social Media Manager focused on community management and branded content development. Your aim will be to help us establish the 50 Best Restaurants brand as the most talked about and trusted in gastronomy.

The key deliverable in this role is to develop and execute a best in class global social media strategy.

This will be a permanent position.

What we are looking for:

Experience of brand/copywriting for social media
Understanding of audience development across multi channels and different markets
Understanding of the digital ecosystem, both for social and for monetised content
Understanding of brand alignment and compliance with multiple sponsors and stakeholders
A balance of creative thinking, writing, brand marketing, executing, with a special ability for analysing and the will to constantly improve and grow.
Perfect grammar but not a robot, a brand voice with more than one language – Spanish and French are a plus.
The ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives.
A natural ability for collaboration and a dynamic mind.

What you will be doing:

You will be working with the content, commercial and digital marketing teams. We tend to work in house and we love proactivity. You will also support the partnerships team to help devise and oversee the delivery of branded cross-platform digital campaigns.

Day to day:

Implement, maintain and update the social media strategy
Coordinating with our stakeholders to ensure effective execution of this strategy globally and regionally
Run PROACTIVE social media campaigns aligned with our brand vision
Prioritise social channels according to events/markets, adapting to local narratives
Identify social media partners and opinion leaders in local markets
Manage content calendar and day-to-day activities on all our social media channels
Manage the Facebook (x3), Instagram, Twitter(x3), Google+ and LinkedIn channels
Manage the YouTube channel in line with the video strategy
Support sponsor activations, including  video projects
Monitor and report on brand reputation and performance in social media.
Support the development of an advocate programme
Work to integrate social ad campaigns with the organic activity (where relevant)
Provide on- or off-site support on social actions over event periods
