Structure Workshop is a small but ambitious engineering design practice with an emerging reputation and a portfolio of work encompassing art and architecture. The practice enjoys an exciting range of projects and offers a fantastic place to work with an energetic and friendly culture.
This is a new studio manager position required to help the business develop. It entails liaison with everyone in the practice as well as providing PA support to the company director.
Responsibilities will include:
providing general administrative support to ensure the design studio runs smoothly
monitoring projects, budgets and resources
developing office and quality systems and assisting with research
coordinating marketing strategy; creating presentations, uploading web content, and distributing copy
Applicants must be computer literate and have excellent administrative and communication skills. Previous experience in a design studio will be an advantage – as will a genuine interest in art and design.
This is envisaged as a part-time role and is suited to someone looking for flexible hours with the opportunity to establish a growing role within the practice.
