Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club is now offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a recruitment analyst to join our well-established academy analysis team.
This role will involve ensuring the analysis needs of the U23 player recruitment process are met and will be responsible for carrying out background research into potential players of interest across key leagues and creating promotion videos to present recommended players to management.
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual who is looking to further their career within a professional football environment. The post holder will have the opportunity to work within a dedicated team of knowledgeable and talented analysts.
Candidates must have a related sport science degree and experience of performance analysis within an academy environment. Applicants must have excellent knowledge and experience of using Sportscode software. Successful candidates will also possess excellent IT skills to include video-editing skills and a high level of competence using Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be flexible with regards to working hours and must be able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality. This is a permanent role and the successful candidate will be required to start as soon as possible. This role will be based at our world-class training facility, the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre.
