Have a strong ethos of service and the desire to work collaboratively with partner stakeholders, agencies and peers within and beyond the Floreat network.
Have the highest ambitions for our pupils, the school, and yourself.

We will offer you:

A unique preparation and development programme – which we call Teacher Flourishing – including 15 days training before you start in September, a study trip to the US during the Summer half term, and 25% more planning, preparation and assessment time than normal.
A unique opportunity to be a founding member of staff and help us build our innovative family of schools.
A happy and incredibly supportive working environment with the highest expectations of pupil and teacher flourishing.
An opportunity to pioneer an exciting new curriculum with the support of Floreat’s own educational team.
Leadership and management opportunities as the school grows.

Potential candidates are invited to attend our information session on 25th February, which will enable you to meet the team and exercise your curiosity by asking any questions before applying for the role.
