Scottish Gymnastics (SGA) are on a journey to becoming a world class governing body for our members and partners and we are looking for like-minded people who will help us on the way. Through our 12-year strategy we have identified a need to focus on areas that will make a real difference. These posts will help us to deliver our ambitions, those of our members, member clubs and the gymnastics workforce.
This is an important role within a new team and the successful candidate, in line with the Scottish Gymnastics strategy, will develop stronger, better managed, well-financed clubs working to business plans.
The key roles are to:
• Support SGA member clubs in the production and implementation of business plans, leading to membership growth and increased club sustainability
• Act as national lead for one or more of the following development team functions:
o Business intelligence / development,
o Facility development,
o Club governance,
o Club committee / structure development,
o Marketing,
o Leadership,
We’re looking for colleagues who can help us on our journey, bringing skills and expertise beneficial to our members and our staff. The skills we are looking for include being able to motivate and work with a wide range of partners, strong problem-solving capabilities and a growth mindset with the ability to promote change.
