Coach Education Co-ordinator – Leicestershire & Rutland County FA

A fantastic opportunity has been created to co-ordinate the Coach Education Programme across Leicestershire and Rutland; a County that boasts vibrancy, cultural diversity and a rich footballing heritage.

Leicestershire & Rutland County FA is seeking to recruit a full-time Coach Education Co-ordinator with responsibility for the administration and co-ordination of the Coach Education Programme as part of The FA’s National Game Strategy within the County. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing parts of the County FA’s strategic plan in partnership with key stakeholders such as FA Education, clubs, leagues, educational establishments, local authorities and Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport.
The successful applicant will have experience in a secretarial/administrative role and be committed to the development of the football workforce. The dynamic and innovative individual will be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Applicants will be required to be highly competent using Microsoft applications, with the ability to adapt to new computer systems.
The post is based at the Leicestershire & Rutland County Football Association Headquarters at Holmes Park, Whetstone, Leicester, working 37.5 hours per week. Office hours for this post are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. However, some additional work outside of these hours may be required which could include Saturday and/or Sunday, in which case the successful applicant will have reasonable notice.
