Key responsibilities include:

Non class-based post with 0.3 teaching timetable
CPD lead with responsibility for coaching and mentoring
Assessment
Data
Contribution to Endeavour Teaching School by training & developing trainees and colleagues

The final role will be negotiated based on the skill set of the applicant
